Terms and Conditions
- Standard contract period is a minimum of 12-calendar months.
- Termination request can be placed only after the standard contract period has lapsed.
- Termination requires at least 45 calendar days of prior notice.
- Where no renewal has been sent to GBS, an automatic renewal will be assumed from the last day of the initial contract.
- For termination of less than 12 calendar months of service, 100% of the remaining preiods shall be payable.
- Service excludes local broadband router.
- Additional equipment/installation/cabling/etc that might be required will be communicated prior to service provisioning.
- All prices are without VAT unless otherwise indicated.
- All prices and service profiles are subject to change without prior notice.
